INSURANCE.

 I am an out of network provider. This decision affords you the highest degree of privacy, flexibility and control over your mental health records.

If you would like to use insurance for your session, a claim can be filed for reimbursement.  

 You will receive a detailed bill for each session to file with your claim. First, contact your insurance company and ask them about your out of network benefits. 
LEGS UP THE WALL
Spend 5 minutes relaxing with your legs up the wall.  THAT'S IT!  and enjoy the benefit of a restorative yoga posture that allows the mind and the body to relax, relieving stress and tension. Legs up the Wall is one of the most approachable yoga poses as it requires little flexibility or strength.  Anybody can do this pose.  (Consult your doctor before doing this pose if you suffer from Glaucoma, Hypertension or Hernia)
